CJC Transformer Oil Unit 3R27/108/S

 

 

The CJC™ Transformer Oil Unit is an oil maintenance system for drying of insulating oil and insulations of transformers. The transformer insulation is dried indirectly via the insulating oil during transformer operation (online drying method). 

 
Transformer oil units are available in sizes 2R27/108 and 3R27/108. According to type, 2 or 3 serial filter housings are used. The dimensioning depends on the required oil capacity, oil condition and water content within the transformer.

 
2-stage filtration with TFP 2R27/108:

In the first stage of filtration the oil passes a CJC™ Molecular sieve insert which removes water from the oil.
In the second stage of filtration not only water but also contamination and oil degradation products are removed from the oil. This is done via a CJC™ Filter insert BEJT with cellulose as main component (filtration degree: 3 µm absolute).

3-stage filtration with TFP 3R27/108:

In the first two stages of filtration the oil passes two filter housings with CJC™ Molecular sieve inserts which remove water from the oil. Due to the additional filter housing the water absorption capacity increases by 6 litres up to totally 12.3 litres.

In the third stage of filtration not only water but also contamination and oil degradation products are removed from the oil. This is done via a CJC™ Filter insert BEJT with cellulose as main component (filtration degree: 3 µm absolute).

  • Gentle, indirect drying of the cellulose insulation via the insulating oil
