Product Sheet CJC™ Fine Filter 27/54/AL, 27/81/AL and 27/108/AL
CJC™ Fine Filters Type 27/-/AL developed by Karberg & Hennemann GmbH & Co. KG are offline oil filter systems which housings are made of aluminium. This light-weight construction enables easy handling and replacement of the filter insert due to the fastener which can be opened and closed without any special tools. They can be used for medium till large hydraulic, gear and lubricating systems.
The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved/emulsified and free water from oil.
Special inserts are available on request, for example which
- do not absorb water
- only adsorb water
- neutralize acid compounds
The 27/-/AL series is available in sizes 27/27, 27/54, 27/81 and
27/108, using 1 – 4 CJC™ Filter Inserts fitted in the same housing.
CJC™ Oil Maintenance Systems are equipped as standard with pressure switch, oil sampling point and automatic bleeding and venting valve. Optional a range of accessories such as motor protection switch, leakage sensor, preheater, pre-filter, vacuum switch, control box and base plate or trolley (stationary or mobile) are available.
