C.C.JENSEN A/S participated at the 9th to 11th of October in the fishing exhibition Danfish 2011 in Aalborg, Denmark, that is today perhaps the largest and most international fishing exhibitions in the world.
The exhibition was a great success resulting in plenty of contacts and inquiries from new and regular customers from all parts of the world. Several orders were received on the actual exhibition and the exhibition is a sure example of the fact, that reliability of equipment onboard fishing vessels is more and more essential to the profit of the vessel.
"Up  to at 50% of problems with engines, hydraulics or gearboxes can be related to contaminated oil and more and more fishing companies and skippers are realizing the potential savings clean oil can offer," says Thomas Herdahl-Thorsing, who represented C.C.JENSEN A/S on the stand.
The C.C.JENSEN A/S stand was also visited by H.R.H Prince Joachim, who also gave the opening speech of the exhibition. A few of our customers also had the opportunity to meet H.R.H. Prince Joachim on our stand.
CCJ Competition
More than 70 people participated in our competition, where new and used CJC™ Filter Inserts had to be lifted to estimate the dirt holding capacity of a CJC™ Filter Inserts. Congratulations to the winner, Mr. Kennie Kjeldsen, Hundested-Rørvig Færgefart (ferry service).
