CJC™ Filter Separators are typically used to filter diesel oil between the settling tank and the day tank. If only a day tank is present, then the diesel will be pumped through the filter from one end of the tank to the other. Whilst this one-tank system is effective, it should be noted that newly tanked diesel oil may contain a high degree of contamination.
