Operating conditions for hydraulics and other fluid systems in mines and quarries are harsh. Dust increases oil viscosity and severe vibration and exposure to rough weather conditions put strain on the equipment and fluid systems. Water ingress, typically from cooling systems, creates rapid oil degradation and can cause corrosion of bearings.
Installation of CJC™ Fine Filters and CJC™ Filter Separators is the most effective and economical way to maintain oil in many systems found in mines and quarries. All CJC™ Filter systems have a high dirt holding capacity and can be adapted for EEX certification.
