HDU 38/- series is fine filters for offline oil filtration for quenching systems, lubrication and cooling systems (medium to large hydraulic power transmissions).
The filter is a 3-micron absolute filter with a very high dirt-holding capacity and a cellulose-based filter insert that removes particles, retains oil degradation products (oxidation resin/sludge, varnish), and absorbs dissolved / emulsified and free water from oil.
The HDU 38/- series is available in sizes 38/60 and 38/100, using from 3-5 CJC™ Filter Inserts fitted in the same filter housing.
CJC™ Oil Maintenance Systems are available in a range of design configurations including pre-heater, drip pan, pressure switch, automatic air vent, tank, control box and prefilter.
