CJC® BNK 27/27 Filterindsats er fremstillet specielt til CJC® Filtre til oliefiltrering af

• isolationsolie i viklingskoblere på transformere

til effektiv fjernelse af partikler og vand.

BNK Indsatsen er tørret specielt til optimal vand- og snavskapacitet og er monteret med en 30 µm si i midten.

FILTRERINGSKAPACITET: 

Fjernelse af partikler
Alle CJC® Filterindsatse har en oliefiltreringsgrad på 3 µm (mikron) absolut. Det betyder, at 98,7% af alle faste partikler større end 3 µm og ca 50% af alle partikler større end 0,8 µm opsamles i ét gennemløb.
Snavskapacitet for en BNK 27/27 Indsats er 4 liter faste partikler. 

Nedbrydningsprodukter
Oxidationsprodukter, harpiks, slam og lak opsamles af cellulosematerialet. Cellulosen kan opsamle ca. 4 kg nedbrydningsprodukter. 

Fjernelse af vand
Den potentielle vandabsorberingsevne er op til 50% (dvs. 2000 ml H₂0) af den samlede snavskapacitet.
