history

C.C.JENSEN A/S is a family-owned international business, based in Denmark and established in 1953.

C.C.JENSEN invented the hydraulic ship steering system - the first of its kind in the marine world. The company began manufacturing lubrication oil filters for marine engines more than 70 years ago, and has since then refined off-line filtration for a wide range of applications in the wind, marine, mining, power and industrial market.

Close connections with the maritime industry made C.C.JENSEN A/S an internationally oriented company right from the start. Licensed production of CJC® Filter products was established in Germany in 1950 and in Japan in 1965.

Since 1968, C.C.JENSEN A/S has also included divisions for metal foundry and ship windows.
