history

C.C.JENSEN is a family-owned international business, based in Denmark and established in 1953.

C.C.JENSEN invented the hydraulic ship steering system - the first of its kind in the marine world. The company began manufacturing lubrication oil filters for marine engines more than 70 years ago, and has since then refined off-line filtration for a wide range of applications in the wind, marine, mining, power and industrial market.

Close connections with the maritime industry made C.C.JENSEN an internationally oriented company right from the start. Licensed production of CJC® Filter products was established in Germany in 1950 and in Japan in 1965.

Since 1968, C.C.JENSEN has also included divisions for metal foundry and ship windows.
